We take pride in not only our work, but where we live. Our office headquarters is located in the Walking Mall on the historic Last Chance Gulch in downtown Helena, MT. What used to be the home of the most millionaires-per-capita in the world, is now a rich cultural center of Montana that is perfect for those who love the outdoors.

Last Chance Gulch

Gold was first discovered in this gulch in 1864, causing a boom that led to the creation of the city. The meandering street that still lies here today used to be a route between mining claims, but now is home to many local shops, businesses, and apartments.  Coldwater Engineering is located in the Walking Mall: a vehicle-free pedestrian mall that was developed on Last Chance Gulch in the 1970's.
